Fayetteville boards, committees, and commissions consist of mostly volunteer residents who are devoted to giving their time and expertise on issues relating to each board, committee, or commission. Applicants must be a resident within the corporate limits of Fayetteville. If you are not a Fayetteville registered voter, you will need to provide proof of residency.
Vacancies are advertised and appointments are made quarterly. Resident appointments are made by the Nominating Committee of the City Council and receive final approval by the City Council.

Please complete the form, print it off, scan it or save to your computer and email the form to the City Clerk. You may also hand deliver the form to the City Clerk office located in City Hall, 113 W Mountain Street.
